1. Privacy Policy

We do not collect any personal data.

Arctic Logo is a fully client-side application. All logo creation and editing happens entirely in your browser. We do not:

Collect personal information
Use cookies or tracking technologies
Store your designs on our servers
Share any data with third parties
Require account creation or registration

                Your privacy is absolute. Since everything runs locally in your browser, your designs and data never leave your device.
            

2. Ownership of Your Creations

You retain 100% ownership of all logos and designs you create using Arctic Logo.

You may use your creations for any purpose, including commercial use
No attribution to Arctic Logo is required
You are free to modify, distribute, and sell your designs
We claim no rights or ownership over your work

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Arctic Logo is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arctic Logo and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
Loss of goodwill or reputation
Any other intangible losses

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is $0, as Arctic Logo is free).

5. User Responsibilities

By using Arctic Logo, you agree that:

You will not create logos that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
You will not use the service for any illegal purpose
You are solely responsible for ensuring your designs do not violate any laws or third-party rights
You understand that templates and icons provided are for creating original works, not for direct copying of existing brands

6. Intellectual Property

The Arctic Logo application, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. However:

Templates are provided as starting points for your own creative work
Icons included in the editor are based on open-source icon sets
Your final designs belong entirely to you

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arctic Logo and its creator(s) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your use of the service
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you create using the service

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of Arctic Logo after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
